The General Home Inspection includes a comprehensive visual inspection of all the home systems and components. The Client receives a detailed report on the condition of the home within 24 hours of the inspection.

Radon testing is a 48 hour process with initial results in 24 hours. Radon is an odorless, invisible gas that is released naturally by dirt and rocks, and elevated levels of Radon exposure are known to cause Lung Cancer. We recommend the Radon test for ALL of our Clients.

The Water Test will inform the Client of the condition of the potable water. This inspection is recommended for all homes, but it is especially recommended for Clients using a Private Water System (Well water).
